The truth is sometimes people cover up there shame by blaming those challenging them. WFP has done a commendable job in Uganda by extending a hand of kindness to those Vulnerable and hopeless kids on the streets. Therefore the government should work closely with WFP to care and rescue those miserable kids and again the Ministry of Gennder is given less consideration in allocation of resources. My advice would be, let government start thinking seriosly and the problems of children and elderly.
