					<description>It is really encouraging to see how the Bangladeshi Government is promoting Children's rights and the work of organisation like ARISE. It is definately with this type of attitude that children will get the respect they deserve. I totally agree on the last line of the post - everybody are responsible in improving the welfare of children, not ony the Government but also the parents and the society as a whole.
